The Victorian Children Foundation (VCF) is a charitable organization whose purpose is to promote and enhance the quality of life of the underpriviledged children in the Republic of Armenia and of Armenian descent in Lebanon, Syria and Israel through educational, spiritual and physical programs. The foundation intends also, to provide scholarships to allow children with little or no financial means, access to a post-secondary education.

Victorian Children Foundation is headed by a board of directors composed of six members:
The president of the board, treasurer, secretary, legal counsel, advisor and the executive director.
